Sexual Assault Off Campus

  • May 2, 2019 - TXST Alert
    Suspect in sex assault at Retreat Apartments on Ranch Road 12, may still be in the area. Black male, all black clothing, ski mask, armed w/handgun. Notify UPD or SMPD of suspicious persons. There was a second assault at The Edge. There is a search for the suspect ongoing near The Cottages at 1415 Craddock Ave, San Marcos, TX 78666.  Please avoid the area if possible.
  • May 3, 2019 - TXST Update
    The suspect in the May 2 sexual assault was arrested in Austin, Texas.
